“Darren was great from start to finish. He offered us lots of choices when we were trying to decide what flooring to go for. He was also able to explain the relative merits of different vinyl products and what would be suitable for our space. He did not try to oversell, but when asked his opinion, was confident and we got a good sense he had our interests at heart. We appreciated the care he took in laying the floor and had no issue with trusting him to work while we were out. We are absolutely delighted with our floor and will use Darren again without hesitation.”
