“I needed advice on the best flooring to use, particularly as I wanted to go lighter as the shop was quite dark. Darren was so helpful, giving me links and samples and honesty on my choices. (Even giving advice on the brass door rug holder) He knew I had short deadlines and made sure we met them. It was a hard job, because it needed boarding too, but the results are fabulous and a year later under heavy foot traffic still look amazing – thank you Darren I hadn’t arranged a shop floor before and you made it simple to do and always kept up the communication, which is so important!”
