Weymouth Harbour had some failed shower room floors due to incorrect adhesives used. So we cubicles were stripped back, dried out, patched up and epoxy adhesive used to re-fit the new flooring. As a rule of thumb, epoxy adhesive should be used where water is landing on the floor and running down the walls as it will find its way in over time. Once it’s under the flooring it doesn’t dry out and spreads around.
